H.A.P.P.Y

Fuhhhhhh... Its been a long time xupdate blog ni... Last update bln januari.. N now dh december! Perrrggghhh... Mmg bz trok ni... Bnyk gak laaa nk cita....tp still mlas nk taip pnjang2 ni... Apa2 tahun 2011 ni tahun yg paling bahagia buat diriku.. Aku dh jd tunangan org! Fuuhhyoooo... Dgn apa yg km lalui selama ni alhamdulillah Erny & Ed dh tunang... Semoga hubungan ini kekal hingga ke akhir hayat... Bak kata omputeh until death tear us apart.. Btoi xtau? Lntak laaa cheq orgmelayu xpndai sgt skipping2 ni.... Insya allah kalo xde apa2 km akan bernikah pada tanggal 1.6.12 n kenduri sebelah er 3.6.12 insya allah.. Doakan laaa ye... Hmm smpai cni dulu kot.. T cita len laa nah.. :-)

EXPECTATIONS

There are so many things dat ive 2 covered during the training.. boley ke nih???

REMEMBER u are a MANAGER, so BEHAVE like one.....

Dat Means u must b able to:

1) PLAN ur own learning schedule in order to complete all given assignments, activities & hands on practical learning.

2) PLAN, PRIORITIES, DO & THEN REVIEW ur daily objectives to ensure all topics can b covered by the end of each module. This is a self-started & own discovery -training program, u plan ur own success or ur own failure!.

3) GIVE POSSIBLE SOLUTION rather than PROBLEM when the situation does not arrive at ur expectation. Be prepared to except the unexpected and learn frm it.

4) COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY with all levels to encourage good teamwork among colleagues and to deliver smooth operations on your shift. If u have doubts, clear it off by ASKING.

5) HIGHLY SELF- MOTIVATED to charge urself with positive energy if u want to b BEST of the BEST. You do not need anybody to remind u of ur responsibilities n accountabilities.

6) THINK & ACT Win win to ensure u n ur coleagues progress toghether. if u are good, share with ur partner to make up a GOOD TEAM.

7) GO the EXTRA MILE to learn & do extra to gain knowledge. 8 hours a day will never b enough.

8) Put CUSTOMER as the main reason for whatever you do. Rememer no customer means no sales. No sales means, we dont need you. Ensure all operational procedures and standards are follow at all time to deliver Excellent Customer Satisfation.

9) Carry yourself well in terms of personal grooming and when dealing with the people around u. The way u talk n ur posture will determine ur own image.
